I am an Architect from Sri Lanka, having both experience of consultancy as well as site, and I also do data entry. I am graduated from "University Of Moratuwa" and completed the Master degree in the same university. My contribution include prestigious Shangri-La projects. I have been worked with international professionals in different disciplinary time to time in my career. Every construction works has it’s drawing coordination issues of Architectural, structural and MEP. And most of the clients, consultants and some contractors also suffering from it. So, we have an effective solution for the same and we have practice the same system in iconic developments like “Shangri-La, Sri Lanka” and it worked very well. What we do: 1. Develop architectural concept drawings into blue prints(even from pencil sketches) 2. Develop structural designs for any kind of building including steel. 3. Develop Mechanical and Electrical designs for any kind of development 4. Prepare Concrete Body Plans(CBP) and Concrete Body sections(CBS) for site construction works. (These are good for construction drawings prepared by coordinating all architectural, structural and MEP drawings. So, contractor can use those drawings straight away for the construction works) Please note: 1. Our works need lot of coordination and we need your fullest support to ground off the things and doing the works in correct way according to client requirement. So, we might need to take regular ZOOM meetings/discussions and we need your fullest support for the same as well. 2. There will be first set of drawings for discussion and comments in all jobs to identify whether we are heading in the correct direction or not.
