Nick did a great job marrying gen AI concepts with corporate design guidelines and publication requirements. As an AIDC firm, what we do or how we serve society is not readily apparent, so we appreciate him taking the time to learn about us, our mission, and our products. He also asked insightful questions, which was reassuring because it signaled his interest in better understanding the context and audience to get the job done right. Nick was efficient and timely; he was also flexible as we worked through approval processes on both sides of the Atlantic. All of my internal clients were pleased.
