On budget and just in time... although the freelancer didnt ask me for my ideas or needs or imaginations of the design / layout. Although he created what i initially asked for. Better communication and inclusion of the customers needs/ideas would've end up in a far better result in my opinion. Hope the freelancer will change some afterwards.. lets c
