ü A Pro-Design Engineer with over 7 years of experience in Design Engineering, Project Management and Team Management. ü Handling entire gamut of task pertaining to drawings study, Modelling, Sheetmetal Modelling, Detailing, Solid Modelling and Assembly Design. ü Developing the conceptual design of new products entailing drawings & specification study, quotation enquiry study & finalization, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development, first sample approval, tool modification and final part approval. ü Designing the product to meet customer requirement & translating the design model using various tools. ü Core Cavity extraction and electrode planning. ü Reviewing the engineering / design changes & resolving quality related problems associated with design. ü Final checking and release of engineering drawings for the development. ü Designing of cutting plan for the product. ü Creating drawings to the various departments for the mass production. ü Coordinating with Production Department for improving quality of the product. ü Developing design procedures to test existing products and equipment to identify areas for improvement. ü Recommending changes to existing products and equipment to improve specifications and performance. ü Training company staff in the operation and maintenance of products and equipment. ü Monitoring product testing programmes to ensure that they are delivered on time and within specification.
