I started with this career way back year 2017 in a BPO Industry at TechMahindra and stayed there for 3 years and 2 months as a escalation Team for unresolved issues/tickets. Continuing my career now at Continuum Global Solutions for 10 months already. With my work I mainly do; Taking inbound/outbound calls Ticket process and SLA understanding CMS Monitoring Onboarding/Offboarding/Creation of NT Account in Active Directory Support VDI, Azure, RDP and VMWare Email handling (Sending Weather forecast update, Interval report for ticket process, Incident notification to client) Office365 Uninstall/Reinstall/Request Office365 Licenses I am also looking for a home based job that suits my skills, could it be part time or full time just to start my career.
