Project development approach - We require a formal requirements document based on which we submit the proposal and our offer to the client. Once the offer is accepted, we start working on wire frame design and DB design and get it signed off by the client. Once wire frame and DB design is approved, we start coding which is followed by unit testing. Once the project as a whole is completed, we perform integration testing and system level testing. Non disclosure and IPR - We sign the non-disclosure agreement with all our clients. We do not claim to possess any IPR of the code once we receive the payment for the same. Engagement methods - Hourly, monthly as well as fixed price. Hourly rate - PHP: USD 10 to 12 per hr; Joomla: USD 10 to 12 per hr; .Net / C#: USD 10 to 14 per hr, XHTML/CSS: USD 8 to 10 per hr. (For fixed price projects, we submit detailed effort estimates and $ price) Payment terms - 35% deposit. We accept payments via Wire Transfer and Paypal; transfer charges being 4% of total billing amount.
