Transform a doctoral thesis into APA style

Plus: good work, flexible, kept me informed, explained why he made certain corrections. Because of this latter, the whole process become even a learning exercise for me. Minus: Overlooked many minor things like spaces before and after '&', exchanging 'and' with '&', some italics, etc. Some of this mioght be due to conversion from Word 2013 to Word 2007. Especially difficult for me was that those mistakes were inconsistent, so that I could not really know which style was the correct one. Delay in delivery was agreed. Overall, nevertheless very good mark, and would contract him again.

This article examines the debate that emerged in the European Union (EU) in late 2003 and ran to mid-2005 on the possibility of lifting the arms embargo imposed on the People’s Republic of China (PRC) since June 1989.
