Being part of business readiness is to be responsible for ensuring that business is ready for transition in the way of targeting operating model and ways of working through leading the operating model and change management teams in defining and driving delivery of business readiness deliverable, against defined schedules and costs. Led and have been accountable for the Business Readiness work-stream throughout the project lifecycle, working in collaboration with the Project Management and Business Analysis roles.
