Convert existing HTML to tableless

Skorpio did an excellent job. He not only did exactly what I asked but was also responsive in a timely manner. Even when I resubmitted part of the project documentation he took care of it like a gentleman. He proved to be very skilled solving CSS issues that I didn't have confidence anyone could solve. I'll definitely hire him again.
