Implementation of Six sigma green belt project to achieve the expected level of SAH and efficiency of the plant while smoothing the finishing process. Redefined the KPI's through Policy deployment, cadre allocation and layouts, developing dashboard system based on BFMs. Introduced new processes with improvements & aligned the KPIs with operational processes across all departments Conducted training programs for Managers, Executives, and Staff to ensure the knowledge of the new processes being introduced is passed on. Conducted system audits, 5S Audits, Process Audits and Productivity Audits in order to verify the process adherence and to mitigate violations. Conducted lean audits to assess the success rate of the lean implementation and to affirm delivery time is met. Facilitation of and the weekly operational review meeting—Cross Functional Team (CFT) enabling internal parties to review factory performance. Facilitation of the Group Stores and Finance KPI review meeting twice a week for the top management and coordinating. Conducted the weekly Quality Circle (QC) meetings which help to improve the company's efficiency, productivity, cleanliness and financial performances. Trained staff members to actively participate in QC, BRT, and KAIZEN projects for the operational excellence.
