I never had a chance to see fully see the quality of the work they were hired for. After many attempts to resolve the lack of understanding despite the fact there was considerable detail presented, I had to redirect the project because it was pushed over budget and over time. It was quicker and easier for us to handle 90% of it in house and we only had them perform about 10% of the work.
