Children's story - simple caricatures

Once upon a time

Hello im David Erzo and this is my entry to the contest, I have mixed my style with that of Shel Silverstein and personally loved the result, I can keep the same style and quality for the rest of the illustrations. I choosed black & white version ( For my taste is more elegant) but if you want i will add coloring. Please tell me anything you do not like and I will change it as soon as possible. I specially would appreciate feedback of the character, format of the image, font and positioning of the texts. Note there is no stock image here, its all original and handmade, so this kind of illustrations takes me about 4-5 hours to make from zero to this.
