Contest Brief

The two semidetached houses and property hand drawn plans i have, were photocopied and saved as pdf. Have a look at the attached files.
On the property have to be two semidetached houses and under one house have to be a underground garage for 10 cars.

Attention:
2 semidetached houses are on the property
windows are marked blue
there are 3 floors
a big window front of 1st & 2nd floor
the terrace on top floor has a glas border
on the right side are windows too
under first house have to be a underground garage for 10 cars, entrance on beside the house
