Contest Brief

Hi,

I am in the process of developing an mobile app urgently and require UI/UX design for the app.

The app presents questions to the users. Users then answer to the each of the questions. At the end the app creates report containing the questions and the answers.

Audience
Users of the app are between 30 to 45, with low tech literacy, so it needs to be as simple as possible.
This app is not targeting millennials or educated from University.

Scope
Device
- Mainly used in Tablet and then mobile (e.g. 12.9inch to 6.2inch)
Login and Registration and creating account
- User/account registration (only based on email and password)
- User profile menu to enable to add his/her details:
o logo of the user,
o company details of the user (address, registration number, email, telephone, etc)
o terms and conditions (pdf)
Main functionality of the app
- The app presents 20 to 50 questions, so it requires some creativity to make sure the user doesn’t get bored with the amount of the questions that needs to be answered. maybe inform the user on the progress so far (this is only a suggestion, I’d like to see your design)
- Users can create unlimited reports
- Before completing the user need to be able to review the answer and edit each of the answers
Question types
- Questions are always only text, the answer can be of 3 types: 1) free text 2) multiple choice question 3) picture (it can be up to 10 photos)
- Question can be of 2 types of 1) mandatory 2) optional

Report menu
- Report menu to include already built reports (e.g. archive of the completed, or draft that can be resumed)
- User to be able to share the report via the report menu (email or download)

Selection criteria
The winner is selected based on following criteria (in order)
- Inclusion of all the above scope
- Ease of use
- Perfect UX for the targeted audience,
- Minimum number of screens

Delivery
The winner is required to provide;
a) source files in photoshop XD or similar that can be used by the developer.
b) High resolution JPEG or equivalent
c) High level user navigation flow (User flow) (the fee for this delivery is additional to the current fee, so it can be discussed with the winner if it is deemed to be required)

since many asked about if the questions are ready or accessible, please use "question 1?", "question 2? and ... since the questions have not been finalised yet. thank you

Update 2:
There are 20+ questions, question are of three types (image, multiple choice, text). We need an example of each question types in the design.
For example these are 3 example questions of the 20+ questions:

Q1:attach picture of solar panel on the roof.

Q2:What is the type of roofing?

Metal Roofs.
Asphalt Roofs.
Plastic Polymer Roofs.
Concrete Tiled Roofs
Clay Tiled Roofs
Wood Shingles and Shkes.
Slate.

Q3: Provide any other comments related to the quality and age of the roof.

Update 3:
This app will be used as kind of site data entry platform.

Update 4:
The user's answer to these questions varies, please allow for new clients details for every report.

    I just want to confirm one that is this app a quiz app or a survey app ? As you haven't mentioned it in the description. Some of your points shows that this is a survey app and some point shows that it is a quiz app. So, i am a bit confused regarding it and got stuck in the mid of work. So can you please clear my doubts so that i can according to that background. As if the things gotta change then i have to change my designs. So can you reply asap.
