Contest Brief

I need to have a Count If formula that will populate with some conditions. Can anyone help me to fix this?

Logic: If the date on A:A (Staff List - On Board) is not equal to EOMONTH, then populate 1st day of the month of the given date, if not, 1st day of next month)- I need to integrate this condition on the Count If formula.

Sample file attached.

Is this some kind of a fake project? It's been 1 week and not a single respond from the project owner.

Almost all Entry solve the contest holders problem by using countifs, and this is the easier way to do it, including me. But all the entries' formulas will not calculate the correct "Mobility Planning", except my Entry #19 , when there are more than 2,3 ... set of dates... Please correct me if I was wrong...

You can hide the columns if needed too.

it'd be better if you use a simple vlookup function.

I don't think there's a need for more explanation. The explanation is already straightforward and problem is actually quite simple.

CountIf will not populate the 1st day of the month of the given date or 1st day of next month. It'll only count the number of entries based on the logic. Will you please specify what exactly you want?

What do you mean by Countif formula. CountIf will only count the no. of dates based on criteria.
