I am looking for a skilled renderer to create visual representations of how many units can be added on three properties of varying sizes. The vacant land sizes range from less than 1000 sqm to more than 5000 sqm.

Requirements:
- The renderings should accurately showcase the potential units on the properties.
- Each building should have 2 units, which is the same as the existing units.
- The number of units to be added on each property should be 90+.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in architectural rendering and visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
- Attention to detail to accurately represent the units on the properties.
- Ability to work within the given specifications and requirements.
