We have a asterisk/ vicidial set up already installed on our 2 servers including separate database server. We would like a contractor to be available to help our technicians understand the systems and settings and be available for skype advice and possible remote assistance should it be needed. It is essential that you are responsive to requests for help over a 4 week period.
The first one will work with the VP of Call Center in pulling data from ViciDial and pulling it together in Excel that would provide detail and summary KPI's of the call centers operations. This can be done on a per project or hourly and can possibly be a 3 to 6 month project (or longer) depending on the success of the relationship. We have the requirements. We need the expertise to pull and manipulate the data. Attached is a sample of one of the many reports we need to get to.
I need a vicidial expert. I need my carrier configurations inputted into my system. I also need a couple hunt groups set up and for the dialer to dial upto 100 line per agent. Also the recording audio uploaded and the number to transfer the call correspond with recording. Very simple project. Software has already be uploaded to server. Hello..forum members, We need an expert in Vicidial( asterisk based system ) for the following. I use Vicidial in my call center and TATA EPBAX PRI (E1)system. When the predictive dialer ( or autodialer) is dialing and my customer answer the call , vicidial is taking between 5-10 secondes before giving me a LIVE CAll and being able to talk to the customer.. but most of the time the client hangup the phone because he thinks no one is on the other end . We operate a Call Center that runs a Vicidial Dialer (asterisk based) working with a MYSQL database. We are having problems at times with lag time between the Vici Server and the database server which causes a delay in information available to the agent etc. Also this also causes sometimes another call to be placed before the previous call is hung up. We need a MySQL expert to look at our system and to see if the database is built properly and if there is anything that needs to be done to optimize so the system performs properly

We're looking for someone to assist with the development and design of Vicidial call centre software. The Vicidial site has essentially been written in PHP and we need to redesign the front end as well as some of the features and buttons. We need to implement custom scripts within the agent interface which will interact intelligently with the Vicidial system. For example, if an agent chooses “yes” to a question then it will take to another section and vice-versa. This is an on-going project which may need re-designs / additional features adding on at a later date. This project would ideally suit someone who is familiar with Vicidial / go-auto dial and has experience with redesigns / module improvements.

I saw your project post on here about Vicidial and your Revenue Sharing offer. I am new to this site and it doesn't seem easy to send inmail so I am using this Project Bid to contact you. My company works with a Lot of Call Centers who are using ViciHost and they like the platform but have very difficult challenges in picking their own carrier.
