Manage the relationship with the client or prospect through customer service and the renewal process, in order satisfy the client's needs, maximize the benefits they offer, and enhance the business opportunities available.
Renewals for clients and prospects:
Determining the client's needs.
Preparing Invoice/Incoming and Outgoing transfers/Payments.
Presenting plans that meet the employer's objective
Coordinating and conducting ENROLLMENT meetings
Experience:
Experience in account management
Experience with both fully insured and self-funding preferred
Understand the benefit plans of the carriers and the ability to interpret QUOTES
Education/ Certification Required
Identification Card Required.
High school diploma acceptable.
State insurance life, accident and health license with current CONTINUING EDUCATION
Skills
Professional communication skills, both written and spoken
Detail oriented and thorough
Ability to perform and communicate in a team environment
Ability to be proactive, think outside the box and meet deadlines
