Create ASP.Net Winform UI for a large form

In a asp.net winform project we need to create a registration form which has many fields. It will have a wizard like structure with option to save at any point and will span 3 or more pages. Each page will have save and Save and Next options. There are few file uploads also.
The expectation from the bidder is to create the UI with input validation (e.g. email field should follow a valid email format, number field should contain numbers only etc), provide hint text for some of the fields, required field validation, save the form to database and retrieve the same.
The details of the form will be provided to the bid winner. I need to complete the task in 2 days. Only people who can deliver with this short time need to bid.
