Create an empty PWA (install able to home screen) with a periodic background sync Web API in a service worker that periodically connects to an asp.net 6 (C#) controller using a GET method. Both will be hosted on kestrel in the same visual studio solution
The controller responds with a boolean that changes state on each request.
On the client create a Notification when the controller returns true.
Delivery time: Max 2 days after project start
Deliverable will be a visual studio solution with a single asp.net
6 project with 1 controller and 1 html page with the required functionality
