Create AutoCAD Stretching Dynamic Block

1. Dynamic block should generate array of rectangles with dimension of w x h.
2. Input values are : w= width of rectangle, h= height of rectangle, C=number of columns, R= number of rows, A= space between columns, B = space between rows.
3. Each rectangle has the same multiline text attached. Position and size of text is given in sample file. TExt is same for every rectangle, will be edited manually later.
