We're seeking a knowledgeable local architect or drafter who is familiar with the specific requirements of the Town of Yucca Valley. Our plan set is currently in progress but was flagged for corrections and additional submissions. We need your expertise to bring our project in compliance with the town's regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address building dimension corrections
- Ensure zoning compliance
- Detail Site Development Plan
- Create Preliminary Grading
- Draft Preliminary Utility
Your knowledge of local zoning laws, structural detailing, and capacity to produce all required submissions are critical for this role. As you'll be working on an in-progress plan, we're expecting you to have excellent problem-solving skills, a meticulous eye for details, and an ability to meet strict deadlines.
