Add Custom Header in Amadeus Enterprise SOAP Resquest in C#

I am looking for a skilled C# developer who can add a custom header in a SOAP request for my project.
SOAP Library: Since I am not using any specific SOAP library in my C# project, the developer should be well-versed in SOAP implementation in C# without relying on a specific library.
Custom Header: The desired output of the custom header is a custom type of XML, along with a proper header.
Note: We are able to add customer head But When we create ed few classes
CustomHeaderEndpointBehavior : IEndpointBehavior
DirectMessageHeader : MessageHeader
But here it adds a new parent wrapper element that I don't want
for. EG
I wand to add this as header

<but it doesn't accept Prefix. It Creates a Wrapper like this
