I need a simple, half-page sized drawing, illustration or diagram that shows the positioning of several police cars, and possibly officers, confronting a car they had been chasing and then cornered on a sidewalk before shooting the driver of the civilian car. The drawing will be created after the designer talks to me and views 6 very short (approx. 30 seconds to 7.5 minutes) officer body camera videos. The drawing will be inserted into a legal brief filed with a federal court of appeals in a lawsuit stemming from the shooting.
