vba comparison of 2 excel sheets

I need a VBA macro that will highlight if a name is not on my other sheet.
I will need to do this with both sheets because sheet 1 has names that are not on sheet 2 and sheet 2 has names not on sheet one so most likely I'll change the colors so I can tell the difference.
