I need some help with my business.

I need someone to write a 5 years business plan and strategy for a real estate type of project, and build a financial model in MS Excel.

The project is as follow, we have leased a land and we plan to do some light structure and landscaping, and prepare some locations for leas for shops, booths and Restaurants.

I need all submissions to be in MS Word and MS Excel, the excel modeling should be professional and multi-taped and all data and formulas are linked.
