Build me a FPS system on ROBLOX (LUA)

This project is only meant for those experienced in LUA and Game Development on ROBLOX.
I'm looking for an experienced freelancer with advanced skills in the art of programming to create me a system for an upcoming project.
The system should be functional with the client-server model without causing too much latency or lag on the server. It should have smooth animations.
Success Criteria:
- Right click to aim
- Shift-To-Sprint with camera animations for when the person runs
- Reloading animations
- Crouch & prone (pressing C)
- Adjustable settings: FireRate; Bullet Velocity; Recoil Amount; Gun Mode (semi, auto, burst, shotgun)
- Crosshair
This should be done in similarity to games such as Phantom Forces or Call Of Duty.
