Make my Adobe Animate html5 canvas interactive

I have created a basic .fla adobe animate canvas using the latest creative cloud version.

I would like all all of these sliders to control each of their relevant movie clips (all very simple). I have set this project up so I can then re-use the action / code for other bigger projects.

All png graphics have been individualised and made into movie clips.

Please see screen shots attached to see the the simple slider graphics.

A quick turn around would be really appreciated along with code that is clean and possibly labelled so I can change variables etc. (I don't have the best knowledge of code but would like to re-use and manipulate where I can.

Please bid only if you are confident you can make all of these sliders work.
