I am looking for a readymade live chat support system.
I have a hub that provides live chat support for a third party and I need a system in place for that. I am looking for a readymade solution from you people.
I need it for 50 operators. The major requirements are as follows
1) All chats recorded.
2) Accessible through all web browsers ( could be a java applet or flash application)
3) When user connects he is connected to the idle operator automatically.
4) All chat between user and operator are recorded and accessible to administrator.
5) Preference for spell check and words checking. ( not compulsory)
6) One sided check for prohibited words ( preffered)
7) Stable - should not go down in between chat.
8) In case all operators busy should ask the user to wait or something like that.
I am looking for readymade solution with all source code and installation. Also you need to have it installed and working at third party website and I will have a demo first.
I want to get this all done asap. Looking for your bids.
