A browser based JSP software product has to be created. There will be around 30 Screens. Back end database will be PostgreSQL or MySQL. We have this screens in a raw HTML format. This has to be cleaned and created in a professional manner. Technology used will be JSP and database connectivty. Please review the following criteria.

1. master css has to be designed

2. menu icons has to be images ( like google tool bar or yahoo

tool bar). Right now it is just text.

3. A template has to be created before developing other screens. Once template is ready other screens can be done very easily.

4. Data has to be displayed from the database.

5. I can provide the current JSP and HTML files and the database.

6. I need a turn around time of 5-6 days once the template is approved.
