Need a simple modification on our antivirus app

We have a basic Antivirus app for Android. It lists installed apps and shows list of apps after scan if the app is dangerous or safe from how many permissions it uses and decide from that. Everrthing works ok, however, there is a problem. The Google team has removed app because they said that they check all antivirus apps and if the antivirus app cant find an example virus, they remove. And this is the example virus file which they check;

What I want from you is, just modify our app so that it can find the example virus file and show it as a virus, and near it, add a button to delete. This is ALL we want. The virus example is named "eicar", you can modify our app so that it checks if file name includes "eicar" and show if found when scan.
