We require an app to be developed to talk BLE to our sports sensor and to retrieve, process, and display data. Needs to be done for iOS and Android. We have a UI/UX designer to specify the look and feel, and also have worked out the object model for the back end. Some initial BLE integration is already done and working. We would ideally like someone who can work for a combination of cash and shares.
