I need a script that will run on Windows XP that will do the following:

1. Login to a phpbb forum. (I will manually create the account and supply the user/pass)

2. Go to the forum member list page and extract all members and save to a text file.

3. Post a PM to each member extracted with a message I supply. Should have a field for message subject and message body so I can edit the message.

4. Save results of succesful PM sent in a text file.
