user interface

im looking for a little assistance on creating user interfaces and resource sheduling ? for a database program i have? created on ms-sql

basically im new to visual studio dot net and am taking too long in learning it?

i do have all the needed coms to perform all my actions but need a little assistance putting them together

?

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
