Profile Website

Hello All, I am looking for someone to build me a website that can be picked up by the search engines. I have designed the basic layout of the site. I need a vector graphics specialist who can animate the layout for the intro. There are 5 pages plus intro. For my product i would like 2 mini sities to showcase the work.. The ideal designer has to have a brilliant eye for design, taking into consideration the colour scheme, Font, Icons, layout and compostion with regards to navigation and interaction. I will also need the designer to update the site on maybe a quartley basis. I have 14 days to complete.
