Hello I have a real estate management company. I need 2 small websites designed. Our company has a few stipulations that must be followed.
1. The website must be proffesional looking.
2. Must be able to use your imagination for creating this site.
3. Must be willing to make changes if needed.
We need this completed within 5 business days from the day this project is awarded.
We will pay 50% of agreed upon work upfront and the remaining after work is [login to view URL] will pay upfront to experienced website builders on a case by case basis. Have some working knowledge of linux/windows will be hosted with Go Daddy.

For people facing foreclosur and need help. They will be ale to fill out a 25 question form. We Also want to have a 5 to 7 min audio only presentation for them to listen to regarding foreclosure. Our contact info needs be available also. This will be a 3 page website only.

Exactly the same as website 1, but this website is form people looking to buy a home/ lease or rent-to-own.
