Step1:
Developement of a mobile App, that take timestamps from Cellphone Owners by click and put them over Internet in a database. In case of no Internet connection the datas should be saved offline up to the moment, the internet connection is present.
Step2:
Reading of simple datas from servers database and present on Cellphones screen (Saldo).
Step3:
Saving and transmitting the GeoLocation Datas at the moment, that the user clicks for a timestamp.
