Rename file names

I have a list of mp3 files in various folders, see attached.
In Windows 10, the extension ".mp3" does not appear at the end of the file names (in many of the folders, but some folders are okay).
So your job is to put the .mp3 extension at the end of the file names for the following folders:
15 to 42
There's around 1500 file names to fix.
This is a simple job, so looking for the bidder who can do this the quickest.
