Users can find help from available/online experts who can then connect via camera feature to discuss problem. Once the problem is resolved, the user can tip the expert. A portion of that transaction is retained by my business. Both the user and the expert would need to register (users would enter credit card info; experts would enter bank account info). The user would select a category to see available experts under that category. After scrolling experts, user can select one or many of those experts, and send a short text like, "I need help with a calculus problem" or "Why is my car engine making a weird noise?". The selected experts would receive the text, and can respond. Upon accepting to respond, the camera connection is made, and streaming starts. After hanging up, the user can pay a tip. On the expert side, the expert would log in and turn on their availability icon. Then, he/she would wait for a question/request for help to be received.
