Interior Design For New Office (2D and 3D)

We are looking for an interior designer that could design our office. which should be inspired from factory designs as we have a factory and we would like to give the visitor the feelings of industrial design.
our requirement as follow
-open ceiling.
- The use of concrete walls and pillars without paintings to keep the industrial feelings
- We could use carpet for floor we might not we would see how it looks like later on
- Initial Office sectioning
- using our branding colors in the design ( on glass, walls, and table).
- conceptional design of the work offices ( cost effective design)
- conceptional design of the main furniture (chairs, tables, etc) ( cost effective design)
- conceptional design of the secondary furniture (sofa, plants, etc) ( cost effective design)
- we have one restroom we need an extra restroom somehow.
- the plan and design should include the distribution of air conditioning, electricity points, and lighting in the office
- overall design should be minimal industrial and functional.
- Note: we are not a real estate office nor ministry office
- 2D for sectioning the office and places of furniture.
- 3D for conceptionalazing the furniture design and feelings in an artistic way
