Project Overview:
We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to assist with compliance regulations in our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Specific Requirements:

- Assist in developing and implementing compliant recruitment strategies
- Conduct background checks and reference checks in accordance with regulations
Volume of Recruitment:
- The expected volume of recruitment is medium, with 11-50 positions to be filled.
We are open to suggestions and would appreciate recommendations for improving our recruitment process to ensure compliance. I'm in need of a Recruitment Administrative Assistant capable of remote work. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with a remote work environment
Previous experience in similar roles is a definite advantage, but the key need is for someone who can manage tasks independently in a remote setup.
