We looking for freelance Relocation Consultant, to provide the below services to our clients moving metro cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Coimbatore Ahmadabad, Chennai:
a) Orientation of clients - visit to prominent places, healthcare service, recreation options, shopping malls.
b) Sourcing of properties & Viewing of properties along with the client
c) Negotiation with owners/Landlord
d) Property Title check & execution of Agreement & Registration
e) Inspection of property before occupation and property handover
f) Assist in Utility connection - electricity, telephone, water, internet, mobile, gas connections, documentation and registration work
g) Co-coordinating & Addressing all the concerns & providing resolution for all the initial teething issues after the move in
e) Guidance on payment of Utility bills
f) Assisting the client in understanding the school options, the curriculum, making school appointments , guiding the schooling process
Preferred Candidate: Should be fluent in Communication, Knows geography of the city, has laptop internet facility, well versed with leasing of residential apartment with customer service experience
