I need a software built that will do the following;

1. Load all the L2TP IP Addresses based on country.

2. Include a VPN Killswitch option

3. Store VPN Username and Password it shall use to authenticate to all the L2TP servers it connects to.

4. Iframe in the app where users can use to access their account details on the app's website.

I have a design already that needs to be followed strictly to the letter.
