Please read the project requirements carefully before bidding.

1. Read IP Camera video stream using Opencv

2. Instead of directly streaming form camera, Redirects the video frames to a Service ( create in Java or c++ ) which receives the video frames and sends to a Webserver.

3. Show the live video stream on webserver in browser. Use html5 or any better way , so that latency is minimal.

4. Intermediate Service should be able to handle different streams from multiple cameras and server should display multiple stream or provide a feature to select Stream to view. We need this intermediate service as only this service will be connected to Internet . Rest all camera are connected via LAN.
