Need a Video+Audio call chatting module written in .net which comprise of:

1. Client End in WinForms or WPF (capture video and audio and send to Middleware Server) will display video captured on the screen to the user.

2. Middleware - system which will receive audio-video data from Client and transfer it to End listening user (on Web Portal)

3. Web Portal which will display the video and play audio data received from middleware.
