Build a 3D model of firewood processor

Hi everybody, i need expert in mechanical design to build 3D model in solidworks from 3D laser scanned file (point clouds). The enclosed iso model also shows various conveyor belts on the left and front sides of the main part of the machine that are not the subject of the offer. So only main body machine in center of iso drawing with feeder from right side. To get an idea of measure, attached you can find pics on site when machine is installed. Also in 3d model have to make the necessary changes do to improvement of design.
Hydraulic and moving components must be simulated movements, as well as the path crossed by trees and stumps. The selection of these components is not the subject of this offer. Only their approximate size, location and trajectories.
Note for all bidders: This is a small, but serious project and requires a lot of experience and knowledge in designing od weldment profiles, sheetmetal and turned/milled parts. The 3D point cloud will provide a lot of information (90-95%), but not all, so it remains to solve several technical problems. (eg logs are uneven, logs are clogged, etc.)
We have no time limit, but would love to make 3d models of dxf laser cutting designs (where needed) within 2 months.
