I study International Relations at the National University of Costa Rica. I've been working as an interpreter for english speakers for about 6 years now and have had some experience as a customer service agent for companies such as; - Capital One -at&t -DXC For all three companies I have provided customer service, yet for the last one mentioned I have worked offering technical support. At the same time, I am a volunteer for the Art of Living foundation working as an assistant for their course and every now and then being a translator from spanish to english to those who don't speak my country's main language. I'm responsible and know how to follow direction, based on my working experience, I've been able to handle an environment full of pressure and turning me into a hard working guy. I'm willing to learn and give my best effort.
