I am a mom to a charming baby girl and I have recently (and finally!) decided that I want to be able to take care of my baby and at the same time still help provide for her needs. As most working mom's would agree on, it is incredibly difficult to have to leave my baby to my nanny everyday. The home-based jobs you provide are the answer to our prayers. Although this is my first try at a home-based job, my years of experience in the BPO industry has taught and helped me develop my communication, customer service and sales skills which I know will be a great advantage.I have 4 years experience in outbound and inbound calling. As a Customer Service Representative, my role includes technical support, email and chat support and up selling among others. I also have outbound calling experience as a Sales Representative. I also have a reliable internet connection with a speed of 5mbps and am equipped with a headset and a webcam.
