• Overall management in regular accounting works. • Administering maintenance of Books of Accounts, inclusive of P&L account, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance with the finalization of year-end accounts. • Preparation of financial statements and reports to the management. • Bank Reconciliation on daily basis and Branches Reconciliations on monthly Basis. • Active Involvement in implementation of new accounting system , including assisting in creation of Chart of Account, Customer and Supplier database and providing user requirement through system walkthrough. • Checking Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables on monthly basis and properly follow up and control for the same. • Verify all the payments to the suppliers. • Checking MIS Reports on Monthly basis for the management e.g.Monthly Cash / Bank Report ,Bank Accounts, Monthly Booking Details etc
