I worked from December 2016 to January 2018 with a company that books cleaning service, matching the cleaning bussiness with US and Canada customers that was my first job as a freelancer. My tasks included taking orders, updating information and providing assistance to customers, then I was moved to a support position auditing orders, making sure that customers and providers were happy, also taking care of unpaid orders and reschedules and cancellations.
